The Comila Formula

The Comila Formula is the secret to persuasion and influence - the ultimate sales technique.

As a sales person sometimes the actions you want to suggest to people are inhibited by all kinds of other conditions - and some of these you may not even know - which you have to "sub-consciously" overcome before the actual behavior you are trying to motivate - A SALE - can actually take place.

So how do you do this?  As I explain what the letters stand for you'll have a greater understanding.

The "C" in COMILA stands for captivate attention.

The "O" is for outflank resistance.

The "M" stands for a person's mood.

The "I" stands for intensifying that person's mood.

The "L" stands for linking that mood to a new thought, idea or behavior pattern.

The "A" stands for taking ACTION.  

As a sales person you probably already know about captivating attention.  In order to do conversational hypnosis - and this is what Comila is all about - you must be able to not only capture someone's attention but REDIRECT it to whatever outcomes YOU want.

This is by far the easiest way of influencing other people -- and ultimately getting the sale.

To bypass your prospect's resistance that they've built up you must bypass the filters by overloading, by confusing or by other conversational methods.

Mood changes is all about creating emotional triggers i.e. how to create a specific state of mind inside your prospect.

The more you're able to "intensify" their mood the more likely you'll get them to do what you want -- agree to make the purchase.

The idea behind linking is you must link their mood now to some kind of trigger points so that the behavior remains independently of you.

The final stage, the action phase, is extremely important.  As a sales person you probably know all about the action phase - and this is the reason why you're not getting the sales you really want - because you are choosing the wrong action to begin the sequence of behaviors with your prospect.

A common mistake that sales people make is that they go for the "big payoff" - the big mother load.  

Let me give you an example that you can relate to.  You've literally just woken up, you're still sleepy, your eyes are half open, you're just having a big stretch before you get the energy to flip the covers off and slowly get out of bed.  

What if I were to ask you now to suddenly sprint at full speed out the door for two blocks?

Do you think you could do it? NO.

Would you even WANT to do it? HELL NO!

Do you know why?

Because your body isn't THERE yet.  There's a whole process involved that prepares you for the final outcome.  

This is the power that is in your hands right now.  As you become an expert at the art of conversational sales hypnosis as a sales person - and you now have the starting blocks in your hands - you can influence anyone to follow your lead.  You can get more clients and customers to buy from you because they trust you and believe you - because you have made them feel safe and secure through the entire sales presentation (and how rare do you think that is).  You could even negotiate a massive pay rise with your boss (without them even realizing it).  You could negotiate a better contract deal, better holiday packages, and a new car.  You could be such an expert at conversational hypnosis that you would even have the ability to make your boss think that that's what they set the meeting up for -- rather than you!
