Over the past five years, technological advances and the breakdown in
geographic barriers have enabled companies to focus sales and marketing efforts

valuable call center training course. This participatory workshop provides call
center sales reps with several opportunities to put new skills to use via
simulation sessions, group exercises, activities, discussion sessions and
lectures. All activities are designed to help participants retain sales skills
and immediately put new concepts to use in call centers. With these strategies,
